My stall is mostly seasonal. During winter I’m selling jams that are made with homegrown (from the allotment) and locally sourced fruit, all in Walthamstow East London. (the farms are in Essex) Picked and produced in the summer
There are autumnal chutneys, and jellies made with winter berry fruits, elderberry, cranberry and foraged rosehips for rosehip syrup. To complement the preserves there are also tarts, biscuits or cookies with the ever popular salted caramel chocolate brownie slices.
